Job Duties:
- Collaborate on AI Product Vision: work with the leadership team to define success metrics and drive strategy initiatives and provide thought leadership. Partner with peers in Product Management to drive hypothesis with agile development practices.
- Resource Planning & Allocation: strategically plan and allocate resources within the team to meet both medium and long-term AI roadmap goals.
- Dependency Management: proactively address dependencies, ensuring that the team can deliver AI products on schedule.
- Lead AI Engineering Teams: organize and guide the engineering team to align with AI product and technical roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-value solutions.
- Technical Leadership: dig into technical details while managing the bigger picture of product delivery. Drive an engineering rhythm so that the team operates at a high level, knowledge is shared appropriately, and smooth execution is facilitated.
- Optimize Team Performance: continuously improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and software delivery quality. Spend a part of your time being hands on with the architecture and code your team builds and ensure the right quality.

Must-have Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML
- Proficiency in VoIP communications
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a strong mathematical foundation
- Proven experience leading teams to meet AI product and technical roadmaps, ensuring high-value delivery
- Demonstrated ability to plan and allocate resources to meet medium and long-term AI roadmap goals
- Strong background in end-to-end product development management
- Experience evaluating and implementing various algorithmic approaches to solve specific product use cases
- Proven ability to build solutions in compliance with market regulations
- Leadership & Management:
- Highly technical with strong people management skills
- Subject matter expert in a specific product domain
- Experience leading teams to successfully deliver multiple projects with increasing dependencies in ambiguous or high-impact areas
- Ability to collaborate across functions, driving engineering initiatives and making an organizational impact
- Strong capability in technical design leadership
- Experience measuring team impact, setting clear goals and expectations
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
- Ability to partner with leadership to influence organizational design, contribution, and prioritization strategies
