Work you'll do:

As a Consultant at SimplifyNext, you’ll play a key role in delivering automation-led digital transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions using leading technologies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—and guide junior team members along the way. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Designing and developing automations using platforms such as ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar
• Integrating AI capabilities like computer vision or natural language processing where relevant
• Leading workstreams and supporting project management activities
• Conducting testing, user training, and supporting rollout activities
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring long-term value for the client
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical know-how

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar object-oriented languages
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A logical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading a small project or a workstream is an advantage
