Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills. Join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions that simplify business processes for our clients.
What you’ll do:
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows. However, the responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
- Support the sales team on small value deals in their accounts and bring them to closure.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
- Follow up on customer inquiries or opportunities and route to appropriate Sales Manager as required.
- Respond to customer requirements in a timely manner (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, etc)
- Provide basic product information and more detailed information on the various subscriptions and services we offer.
- Managing opportunities from opportunities to invoice, understanding pricing and contractual obligations.
- Identify and assess customer “Renewal Readiness” several quarters ahead and execute remedial actions aimed at securing an on-time renewal, with potential growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell/cross-sell), driving them to closure.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales or any related role
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, driven and results oriented
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
