What you’ll do

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides a basis for taking on a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks and freeing up time for the employees to focus on more meaningful work, which leads to better productivity, greater innovation, and stronger business results. However, it is not enough to continue looking only at the automation of tasks. Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze.

As a Technology Manager with SimplifyNext, you would focus on the next generation of automation and reshape the future of work at the confluence of RPA, artificial intelligence and analytics. You would work on the leading RPA platforms, integrate them with AI solutions for computer vision and natural language processing, and use analytics to gain insights on both the processes and robots themselves.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle based on SimplifyNext's methodology and standards.
  • Establish and prepare project plans, project milestones and deliverables in consultation with the clients.
  • Work with clients to define and document requirements to analyze, design and implement projects based on best practices.
  • Provide inputs on the technical design approaches and best practices.
  • Take a pivotal role in project delivery and lead teams to deliver project as per client requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of the project on a day-to-day basis regarding schedules, budget, manpower and quality.
  • Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with the management team.
  • Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader / members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members by providing clear and specific instructions and goals.
  • Coach and supervise junior resources within the project in completing their deliverables.
  • Review the team’s work to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule and client’s requirements.
  • Provide leadership to the project team to ensure that proposals / enhancements are fully analyzed and evaluated.
  • Provide performance feedback and developmental coaching to project team members
  • Work with Sales and Business Development team to identify and manage new business opportunities for SimplifyNext and participate in all aspects of the proposal development process.
  • Build long-term relationship with our clients.
  • Shape deals with clients and follow up with them to ensure great results thereby improving client relationship / expectations.
  • Contribute to setting the strategic direction for the Technology practice within SimplifyNext.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 8 years’ experience at a consulting or a technology organization.
  • Must have track record in managing end-to-end project implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading either a small project or a workstream in a large project, including client stakeholder interactions and managing own team.
  • Certified in PMP would be added advantage.
  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, VB.NET and/or C#.
  • Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills.
