As a UiPath Developer, you’ll design and implement robust automation solutions that make a tangible impact to organizations through simplifying operations, improving customer experience, and enabling digital transformation. You’ll work in agile squads alongside solution architects, business analysts, and AI specialists to deliver automation at scale.

 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade UiPath automations that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Participate in the full automation lifecycle – from process analysis to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build reusable components and frameworks that accelerate automation delivery across projects.
• Implement best practices in governance, development, and maintainability.
• Leverage AI and Agentic AI capabilities, where needed.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and delivery leads to define automation opportunities and translate them into technical workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Showcase and prototype new UiPath capabilities to customers.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong command of UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, and API integrations.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification (preferred).
• Solid understanding of automation design principles, with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scripting or development using VB.NET, C#, or Python will be advantageous.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Test Automation, and AI integration will be a strong plus.
• Agile mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
