At SimplifyNext, our ServiceNow team focuses on the most advanced and impactful domains — CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AI Control Tower, and App Engine — helping enterprises and governments reimagine services. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead high-impact projects across Singapore and ASEAN. If you want to architect solutions beyond 'vanilla ITSM' and be mentored by the deepest ServiceNow minds in ASEAN, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM,AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM, and more.
- Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for large-scale enterprise and government projects.
- Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending ServiceNow with intelligent workflows.
- Mentor developers, coach squads, and set the standard for delivery excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with proven architect-level expertise.
- Hands-on across multiple modules.
- Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications.
- Agile delivery experience.
