What You’ll Do

As an Early-Career Cloud Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, cloud engineers, and architects to design, build, and support cloud-native applications on AWS. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers with up to ~3 years of experience who want strong fundamentals in cloud engineering and exposure to real client environments.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and enhance applications running on AWS
• Build and maintain backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Assist with cloud infrastructure setup using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in AWS environments
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery teams
• Learn and apply best practices in cloud security, performance, and cost optimisation
• Document technical designs, configurations, and code clearly

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic programming experience in one or more languages (e.g. Python, Java, Node.js)
• Foundational understanding of cloud concepts (compute, storage, networking)
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or API Gateway
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic database concepts
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines
