We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the performance of our digital media buys in collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Specialist. Your main focus will be on managing our existing paid social channels but you will also be involved in planning and testing new channels and partners. You will be given responsibility over a large share of media spend right out of the gate and will have the ability to make decisions that directly impact the business.
What you’ll do:
- Execute paid social strategies in platforms, including budget management, campaign optimizations, and creative trafficking
- Regularly report on campaign performance; providing insights and recommendations to help move the business forward
- Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Specialist to define the paid social strategy and support overall company goals
- Work closely with the internal brand and ecomm teams to optimize creative and landing page performance
- Maintain internal media plans, budget trackers, and platform invoices
- Support new partner and channel testing as needed
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong data analytical ability and comfort with numbers
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Experience with Meta business manager
Experience
- Completion of an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media partners, or other media channels, is desired
