We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday – working together in person and choosing where they work for the remainder of the week. What You'll Do
You will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact projects across multiple teams and functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive communication style, and the ability to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency at every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll serve as the connective tissue between stakeholders, keeping teams aligned, unblocked, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, from scoping and planning through launch and retrospective
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies in Jira or similar tools
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and resolve them before they impact delivery
- Leverage AI tools to automate status reporting, generate project documentation, summarize meeting notes, and surface insights that accelerate team velocity
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, CX for GTM initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines, keeping everyone informed and accountable
- Run effective meetings, including stand-ups, steering committees, and retrospectives, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured project plans with defined owners, milestones, and success criteria
- Partner with go-to-market teams to coordinate launches and ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status, escalations, and decision-making across all levels of the organization
- Produce clear, concise project updates, executive summaries, and post-mortems tailored to the audience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust through transparency and consistent follow-through
What You'll Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a related delivery-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) to drive process efficiency, generate documentation, and streamline workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and make data-informed recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- PMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required; a technical discipline (engineering or science) is a plus

The target annual base pay range for this role is $97,000 to $130,000
This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. We carefully tailor individual compensation packages, including base pay, taking into consideration employees’ job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other relevant business factors.
