The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner who is dedicated to delivering the best possible employee experience through simplicity, innovation, and excellence. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business needs and driving organizational success. You will have an impact through fostering an engaging, productive, and supportive work environment, with a particular focus on enabling people managers to be the best leaders they can be. 

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • HR Program Execution: Partner with the business on key HR programs, including performance and pay review cycles, compensation support, salary planning, probation assessments, promotion, and succession planning processes.

 

  • Management Support: Work closely with line managers to enhance and support their management capabilities and business goals, ensuring alignment with Company’s mission, priorities and people practices, to deliver a great employee experience

  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve various employee relations issues, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

  • Business Metrics & Analytics: Review and analyze key business metrics, such as employee retention and experience data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.

  • Global Project Implementation: Collaborate with the global people team to effectively design and implement global People initiatives and programs across the business, with a particular focus on career development-related initiatives. .

  • Employee Engagement: Focus on employee engagement and culture building.Look for ways to advance and reinforce our culture. Help oversee employee surveys, analyze results, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for continuous engagement and retention.

  • Organizational Change Management: Act as a change agent, driving smooth transitions and supporting the business during organizational changes.

 

Your Skillset:


To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC). Ideally in a high-tech environment, where you have supported an Engineering population

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR programs and initiatives to support. You will also be adept at diagnosing and resolving business challenges.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects without compromising quality or deadlines.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively identifying and addressing potential blockers or risks.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide trusted HR support.

  • Employee Relations & Talent Management: Extensive experience in handling employee relations issues, talent management programs, and stakeholder management.

  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Excel or similar skills a plus, along with experience managing global HR tools (e.g., Lattice, Bamboo).

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: A natural problem solver and quick learner with strong analytical abilities. Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure the impact of solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and an analytical approach to improving HR processes and business outcomes.

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
