The Opportunity

Simpplr seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Enrichment & Analysis Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams by ensuring customer and prospect data is accurate, enriched, and ready for use in campaigns and events. This role is critical to the success of sales outreach and event marketing initiatives, enabling improved targeting, higher engagement, and better conversion outcomes.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Perform data enrichment using tools such as LeadIQ, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to ensure contact and company data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within customer and prospect datasets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare high-quality prospect lists that meet campaign and event marketing requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data delivery to support sales campaigns and improve event attendance.
  • Monitor data quality across systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand targeting requirements and deliver tailored datasets.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and market conditions, demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • (Bonus) Utilize Salesforce to manage, validate, and integrate enriched data into existing workflows.

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in data enrichment, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with data enrichment and prospecting tools: LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel.
  • Ability to interpret and present data insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Growth mindset with adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • (Preferred) Experience working with Salesforce CRM.



Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • OR equivalent practical experience in data management, marketing operations, or sales operations

  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
