The Opportunity

As Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships you will play a crucial role in driving Simpplr’s growth strategy by increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.  You will be responsible for pursuing, onboarding, and growing key ISVs who serve the HR and employee experience categories. You will engage closely with new and existing partners to build field-level relationships with sales leaders and key stakeholders to generate co-marketing and co-selling opportunities. You will seek reseller and/or OEM arrangements where Simpplr’s differentiated solutions drive competitive advantage for your partners.

In this role you will partner closely with Simpplr’s Product Management team to align on integration priorities, and you will work closely with Simpplr’s Marketing team to develop joint marketing programs with top partners. You will deliver enablement programs to our partners, align sales teams to run joint sales plays and communicate complementary value propositions, and build and execute on marketing programs that magnify Simpplr’s voice with our partners.  The ultimate objective is to help Simpplr accelerate revenue growth by maximizing Simpplr’s value to the partner and to our joint customers. 

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets: grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, working closely with Simpplr sales team and partners to close deals
  • Collaborate with Simpplr’s Product Management and Solutions Consulting teams to prioritize, pursue, and close new partnerships
  • Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships, including a regular cadence with partner executives, field-level leadership, and account teams
  • Develop and manage a joint business plan with each partner
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute programs that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Help Simpplr AEs and AMs to work effectively with partners, assist them with joint field-level engagement opportunities
  • Monitor and report achievements and key metrics to Simpplr executive team

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience developing and managing technology partnerships
  • Partnerships experience at AI-related ISV is required, partnerships experience in HR/EX category is a nice to have
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue goals through ISV partnerships
  • Experience developing and growing partnerships from infancy to $1M+ revenue
  • Experience developing and executing partner enablement programs
  • Experience with reseller and OEM models
  • Self-starter, self-aware, disciplined, and ready to travel up to 30% of the time to attend meetings, industry conferences, and partner/customer locations
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and provide feedback to other teams in the organization
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base salary for this role is between $150k - $200k, plus variable. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demand. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range

$150,000 - $200,000 USD

At Simpplr we believe that when work is good, life is better and that belief guides all we do. Including how we approach our flexible work model. Simpplr operates with a Hub-Hybrid-Remote model. This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
