The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling product capabilities that enhance the employee experience across the Simpplr platform.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative product capabilities that create meaningful value for our customers. From early discovery and product planning to launch and iteration, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a product area and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.
This role requires strong product thinking, AI fluency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Simpplr platform by identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement, productivity, and digital workplace experiences.
Your job responsibilities: what you will be doing
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a product area, ensuring alignment with Simpplr’s overall vision and business goals.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and internal feedback into clear product capabilities and actionable development plans.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful product adoption and enablement.
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and guide ongoing improvements.
- Leverage customer feedback, product analytics, and industry insights to continuously refine and improve the product experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, feature adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to product documentation, release notes, and internal product enablement materials.
- Stay up to date with modern product development practices, including the use of AI-native tools and workflows to improve product management efficiency and decision making.
- Stay current with AI, ML, and GenAI trends, frameworks, and responsible AI practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve and differentiate Simpplr’s platform.
Your skillset: what makes you a great fit for the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise SaaS or platform-based products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern product development practices.
- Proven experience owning product features or product areas through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver complex product capabilities.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and product insights to guide product decisions.
- Familiarity with AI-native tools and modern product management workflows.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

At Simpplr we believe that when work is good, life is better and that belief guides all we do. Including how we approach our flexible work model. Simpplr operates with a Hub-Hybrid-Remote model. This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.
- Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
- Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis.
- Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
