The Opportunity

Simpplr is a recognized leader in the digital workplace and employee experience space, with a rapidly expanding product portfolio and a vision to redefine how work happens. As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own Simpplr’s platform foundations and ecosystem, spanning the capabilities and services that enable enterprise customers to deploy, extend, and realize value from the platform at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise platform readiness and customer value realization, defining how Simpplr is deployed, governed, integrated, extended, and successfully operationalized across complex organizations. This seasoned PMM will elevate how Simpplr tells its story around enterprise platform services, extensibility, interoperability, ecosystem value, and professional services.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role partners closely with Product, Partnerships, Services, Sales, and Enablement teams to craft powerful narratives and support launches and GTM programs.

Your Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Enterprise Platform Foundations and Experience

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Simpplr’s horizontal platform services and experience (e.g., user provisioning, audiences and segmentation, access controls, accessibility).
  • Articulate how these foundational capabilities enable secure, personalized, scalable, and compliant employee experiences across the enterprise.
  • Develop value narratives that resonate with IT, security, and architecture stakeholders while clearly connecting platform services to usability, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Position these capabilities as the foundation that enables enterprise adoption, extensibility, AI-driven experiences, and long-term platform scalability.

Integration and Extensibility

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling around Simpplr’s integrations and extensibility capabilities (e.g., pre-built integrations, app tiles, extensibility center, APIs).
  • Articulate how Simpplr connects with enterprise systems across HR, IT, collaboration, content, and line-of-business applications.
  • Develop differentiated stories that explain how customers extend, automate, and orchestrate work on Simpplr without heavy customization.

Partner and Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build and scale GTM narratives for Simpplr’s partner ecosystem, including technology partners, ISVs, and strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop joint value propositions, partner playbooks, co-marketing assets, and field enablement resources.
  • Position Simpplr’s ecosystem as a force multiplier for platform value, extensibility, and customer outcomes.

Services and Customer Outcomes

  • Develop positioning and sales assets for Simpplr’s professional services, accelerators, packaged offerings, and implementation frameworks.
  • Partner with the Services organization to articulate ROI, customer impact, and the role services play in successful deployments.
  • Position professional services as a core lever for enterprise readiness and value realization, not just implementation.
  • Create customer-facing content that showcases methodology, best practices, and differentiated service delivery.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Support launch planning and execution across integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and services.
  • Create high-impact enablement resources including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, and RFP-ready narratives.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap alignment with customer needs, partner requirements, and competitive trends.

Competitive and Analyst Support

  • Maintain a clear POV on differentiation across platform services, extensibility, ecosystem, and services.
  • Collaborate with Analyst Relations to ensure Simpplr’s platform and ecosystem story is accurately represented in key evaluations and reports.

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally with experience in platform services and/or integrations and extensibility frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and platform concepts into compelling, business-relevant value stories.
  • Experience positioning products for enterprise IT, security, and architecture stakeholders, and connecting platform readiness to business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Partnerships, Services, and Sales to shape roadmap priorities, drive adoption, and support enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and the needs of both business buyers and IT evaluators.
  • Proven ability to build high-quality technical and sales enablement content that supports product-led and partner-led deals.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to connect platform-level capabilities to concrete customer outcomes.
  • Systems thinker who can connect platform foundations, extensibility, ecosystem, and services to Simpplr’s broader platform and AI story.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise in areas such as identity, access control, APIs, enterprise integrations, and implementation methodology.

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
