The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team!

At Simpplr, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify both inbound and outbound prospects who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with potential customers, the ideal SDR understands the full sales development lifecycle—from outbound prospecting and cold outreach to inbound lead qualification—and excels at starting new relationships and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.  We’re looking for people who show grit, stay persistent through challenges, and consistently push toward winning results.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Manage inbound leads with urgency, promptly qualifying and initiating contact with prospective customers.Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other social outreach)
  • Execute targeted outbound strategies by leveraging intent signals and delivering highly personalized outreach.
  • Evangelize Simpplr both internally and through your inbound and outbound efforts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sales accepted opportunities and sales qualified opportunities (Stage 2 & Stage 4)

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • Have an interest in sales, a sales background, or 0-6 months of SDR experience 
  • Proven track record of quota and KPI attainment
  • A driven individual who thrives on success and winning
  • You have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills including responding to inquiries both on the phone and via email
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills to help decode a prospect's pain points through a short conversation
  • You have been able to learn, from formalized instruction and also self-discovery, how to best present the benefits of the product you are selling
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
  • Shown excellent time management skills and the ability to work in an efficient manner

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $57k - $65k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range

$57,000 - $65,000 USD

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
