SimSpace is seeking a Director of Demand Generation & ABX with 5-7 years of hands-on campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and bookings for SimSpace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing targeted campaigns that attract and nurture contacts from our targeted accounts through the buyer’s journey.
This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in demand generation and account-based execution (ABX) as well as a successful track record collaborating very closely with content & digital marketing and marketing operations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build and optimize campaigns that convert targeted prospects into customers and to expand existing customer accounts.
As a Marketing leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling a highly efficient marketing pipeline generation engine that continuously leverages data-driven insights and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. This role will be fully hands-on, from strategy to execution, with no direct reports to start.
What you’ll be doing as the Director of Demand Generation and ABX at SimSpace:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive Sales-qualified pipeline.
- Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts.
- Optimize all marketing efforts, spend, and ROI across all paid and organic channels, including sponsored and owned field events and trade shows, paid media, SEO/LLMs, email, and our own website.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure use of appropriate messaging and assets.
- Live in marketing software, including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, while also building out and supporting the marketing tech stack to enable the efficient execution of precision marketing campaigns.
- Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance.
- Manage demand generation and ABX budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact.

Who you are:
- Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-minded.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns in cybersecurity, targeting large enterprises
- Successful track record of implementing and managing ABX best practices and technology.
- Hands-on expertise with essential MarTech software, including Asana, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Expertise in executing mutli-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Test/learn approach focused on continuously optimizing campaigns based on data and constructive feedback.
- Proven track record of driving Sales-qualified pipeline from the Global 250 enterprises in extremely close partnership with direct and indirect field-based Sales teams.
- Strong track record of collaborating across marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
- Compensation. Base salary range: $155,000 - $175,000, reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions.
