We are looking for: Senior Manager, Sales Revenue Operations
As Senior Manager of Sales Revenue Operations, you’ll be the strategic driver behind our revenue engine, aligning sales strategy, operational processes, and technology to maximize growth. You’ll own the end-to-end revenue cycle, from quote generation and forecasting to contract review, complex deal structuring, and renewal management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every step.
Your role goes beyond operational excellence, you’ll act as a senior advisor and partner to executive leadership, translating business goals into actionable, data-backed plans. You’ll design and optimize systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that scale with our growth, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams. Revenue Cycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end revenue processes including quote generation, contract review, renewal management, and forecasting.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure quotes and contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policy.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and coordinate with account teams to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Forecasting & Analysis:
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and campaign performance to build reliable revenue forecasts.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align projections with upcoming promotions or shifts in market conditions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track team performance against goals, identify trends or areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and coaching to elevate results.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and remove process bottlenecks.
- Improve workflow efficiency through better use of sales tools and CRMs.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures that ensure data accuracy and streamlined operations.
Client Relationship Oversight:
- Oversee client account management within the CRM, ensuring consistent, personalized communication.
- Support sales reps in delivering a top-tier client experience that drives retention and growth.
What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Manager, Sales Revenue Operations you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
- 4+ years in a management or senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional revenue operations teams.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end revenue cycle management including quote generation, complex deal desk operations, forecasting, contract review/negotiation, and renewal management.
- Hands-on Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent CRM) experience, with expertise in automation, data governance, and reporting architecture.
- Experience collaborating at the executive level to align sales, marketing, finance, and customer success strategies.
- Hybrid role based at our Boston headquarters to collaborate in-office regularly.
- U.S. citizenship (required by our U.S. Government contracts).

- Advanced CRM administration and optimization skills (Salesforce expertise strongly preferred), including automation, workflow design, and integration management.
- Expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and scenario modeling for executive decision-making.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational metrics to revenue, profitability, and growth goals.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing revenue processes for scale while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead transformation initiatives that improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Skilled at developing high-performing teams through coaching, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional change management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
