The Reason Behind the Role...We're seeking a talented Senior Videographer with a distinctive creative vision to lead our video content strategy across our family of brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for capturing compelling visual stories that showcase our software solutions, customer success stories, and educational content that not only resonates with green industry professionals but is so compelling and valuable they will pay for it.
Location: Remote!
In this role, you will...
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, customer testimonials, and training materials
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production
- Create engaging content specifically optimized for social media platforms to drive audience engagement and growth
- Develop and execute a cohesive visual aesthetic that elevates our brand storytelling
- Create engaging educational video content for the Greenius learning management system, including instructional videos, safety demonstrations, and skill-building modules
- Film and edit various content types including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, tutorials, and promotional videos
- Manage video production from concept to completion, including storyboarding, location scouting, and post-production
- Travel to customer sites (up to 50% travel, spread throughout the year) to capture authentic stories of our software in action, as well educational content
- Direct and collaborate with customers, team members, and executives during video shoots
- Coordinate and manage additional resources required for production, including freelance videographers, sound technicians, and lighting specialists
- Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio setups, ensuring optimal production quality and technical standards
- Maintain organized files and assets and adhere to brand guidelines for consistency across all content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all three product lines
- Experiment with new ideas and techniques to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our video content
- Stay current with video marketing trends and best practices in B2B SaaS
Does this sound like you?
- 5+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Expert knowledge of video production equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a strong, distinctive visual style and storytelling abilities
- Proven proficiency in visual storytelling, cinematography, and post-production techniques
- Experience creating instructional and educational video content for learning management systems
- Experience creating engaging content optimized for social media platforms
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual learning materials
- Proven ability to establish and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across diverse projects
- Clear vision for how video can enhance brand identity and marketing effectiveness
- Experience managing production budgets and external resources
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (travel is spread throughout the year)
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport equipment to shooting locations
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field preferred
