Regional Demand Generation Leader

Position Overview: 

SingleStore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Leader of Demand Generation to oversee and optimize our demand generation efforts across key territories. This role combines strategic leadership, program management, and hands-on team building to drive pipeline growth and ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.

The Regional Leader of Demand Generation will be responsible for leading regional demand generation programs, managing a high-performing Sales Development team, and achieving ambitious pipeline and prospect engagement goals.  

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Generate qualified sales pipeline for SingleStore targeted accounts ($100M - +$1BN in annual revenue).
  • Actively prospect using phone, email, and social media; maintain a balanced 50:50 split between outbound and inbound activities.
  • Develop and manage territory programs, including regional event planning, outbound campaign architecture, and execution.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a regional Sales Development team to consistently achieve team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to design and execute account plans and prospecting strategies.
  • Identify and engage key account stakeholders to generate opportunities for SingleStore.
  • Maintain open communication and alignment with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and management.
  • Quickly gain a deep understanding of the SingleStore value proposition and the database industry landscape (prior experience with data or SaaS solutions is a plus).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for completed meetings, pipeline value, qualified opportunities, and meaningful interactions with new prospects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of SDR (Outbound) or BDR experience in the software industry.
  • 2+ years of Leadership and Management experience, including building, onboarding, training, and managing Sales Development teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to become an expert on database management systems (DBMS) within your first 90 days.
  • Proven track record of running high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable lead and pipeline goals; references preferred.
  • Formal sales training is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to optimize team output.
  • Proven experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing outreach campaigns and programs.

SingleStore’s base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000
