  • Integrated Execution: Develop and enforce a unified project delivery framework that aligns PMO and Engineering under shared objectives and governance.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers and Engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.

  • Risk & Compliance: Manage enterprise project risk, ensuring adherence to all contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to long-term strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement in systems, delivery methods, and market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required); MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

  • Proven record of leading large, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple sites.

  • Deep understanding of contract management, commercial risk, and delivery frameworks in complex engineering environments.

  • Demonstrated success improving project performance metrics (schedule adherence, profitability, customer satisfaction).

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, forecasting, and working capital management.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to unify technical and commercial teams.

  • Experience in water infrastructure or related utilities strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180,000–$230,000 base salary

  • Performance incentive plan tied to project portfolio outcomes
