Product Marketing Lead
- Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
- Compensation: $165,000 – $256,000 base salary + Equity
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to own how our products are brought to market—from early definition through launch, adoption, and revenue impact. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and go-to-market strategy, and will play a critical role in shaping how we communicate value to customers and prospects.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Sales to drive launches, develop compelling messaging, and build campaigns that meaningfully move the business. This is a highly visible role with broad ownership and cross-functional leadership.
What We’re Looking For

5–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related role (e.g., product management, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing)

Proven ability to own and execute product launches end-to-end

Experience driving measurable business outcomes through positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy

Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution

Bonus: Background in B2B and/or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments

Familiarity with CRM systems, data visualization, and marketing automation tools
What You’ll Do
Product Launches

Serve as a trusted partner to the Product team

Develop a thematic approach to product and feature launches

Quarterback launches from inception through execution

Define and track KPIs to measure launch performance and business impact
Messaging & Positioning

Own product and feature messaging and positioning

Bundle features into cohesive narratives, launches, and campaigns

Ensure consistent, compelling communication across channels and audiences
Product & Market Insights

Bring customer, sales, and market insights back to Product
-
Inform product roadmap decisions—from high-level strategy to detailed UI copy
-
Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions
Campaigns & Growth

Design and execute creative campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue

Measure results rigorously and continuously optimize performance

Partner with lifecycle and acquisition teams to maximize impact
Targeting & Go-to-Market Strategy

Define and execute go-to-market strategies for acquiring and expanding users within our Ideal Customer Profile

Support both self-serve and sales-assisted motions

Align targeting strategy with broader company goals
Cross-Functional Leadership

Build strong relationships across Product, Design, Lifecycle, User Acquisition, and Influencer Marketing

Lead cross-functional efforts to bring products and features to market
