About the Company

We are a fast-growing, mission-driven technology firm supporting the U.S. national security community. Our platform enables decision-makers to use advanced data, analytics, and visualization to tackle challenges in defense modernization, acquisition, supply chain integrity, and federal program oversight.

Founded by experts in analytics and public sector strategy, our team includes technologists, policy specialists, and national security professionals. We work at the intersection of government and emerging technologies — and we’re building a next-generation workforce to help deliver clarity in a data-saturated world.

The Role

As an Implementation Engineer, you'll help transform how federal agencies use data to solve their hardest problems. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Configuring software to support customer needs and mission outcomes

  • Integrating and analyzing datasets using modern tools and techniques

  • Training government users on how to maximize the value of the platform

  • Producing compelling visualizations and briefings that drive decision-making

  • Serving as a key bridge between field users, product teams, and leadership

This role combines technical proficiency with a strong understanding of mission requirements and strategic priorities. It’s ideal for individuals who are curious, driven, and ready to work at the forefront of defense and public sector innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the platform and its application to government use cases

  • Guide implementation of tools and datasets across federal missions

  • Deliver user training, both one-on-one and in group settings

  • Collaborate with internal product and engagement teams to capture user feedback and translate it into roadmap priorities

  • Build tailored user documentation and workflow guidance

  • Conduct research and deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis using platform tools

  • Present findings clearly and persuasively to internal teams and government leaders

  • Understand and explain key concepts like defense acquisition, procurement cycles, program oversight, and supply chain risk

  • Contribute to business development efforts with demonstrations and client interactions

Your Background

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Security Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar), OR 1–4 years of equivalent experience

  • Intermediate familiarity/skills with SQL, Python, and R

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Intermediate experience with Excel

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (including internships), preferably with exposure to national security, data analytics, or research

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deliverables

Desired:

  • Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one

  • Experience supporting federal government stakeholders

  • Prior work in SaaS, analytics, consulting, or technology implementation

  • Familiarity with the federal acquisition lifecycle, PPBE process, or supply chain analysis

  • Exposure to open-source intelligence, government program oversight, or data strategy

  • Experience in a startup or agile team environment

  • Working knowledge of tools/languages like React, Java, GoLang, or TypeScript (or ability to learn quickly)

  • Demonstrated ability to generate insight from open-source and proprietary data

You Thrive If You Are:

  • Motivated by mission impact and solving hard problems

  • Excited to work across strategy, tech, and operations

  • Comfortable asking tough questions and navigating government dynamics

  • A quick learner and collaborative teammate

  • Always iterating, always improving
