Base: $160,000 - $185,000 + Bonus + Equity (all-in comp potential of $200k+)

The Role

You'll own the product function from zero. That means translating company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring every feature we build drives real value—not vanity metrics. You're the bridge between what the business needs and what actually gets shipped.

What You'll Build

• Roadmap Execution & New Product Development: Execute on 2-3 month granular roadmap with clear success metrics. Ruthlessly prioritize and lead the company on an ambitious product roadmap

• Subject Matter Expert: Live in the details. Understand every feature, edge case, and data field - be the "answer person" engineers turn to

• Knowledge Systems & Injection of AI Product Development Automation: Maintain a the single source of truth. Any team member should find project status, specs, and owner in <2 minutes

• Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics before features ship. Own post-launch scorecards. Kill features that data shows are unused

• Voice of Customer & Meet with Customers in the Field: Synthesize support tickets, sales calls, and churn data. Close the feedback loop when features ship

Who You Are

• 4-8 years of PM experience with at least 2 years at an early-stage startup (<50 people)

• Operate with grit, speed and obsession: You have the intensity to thrive in a high-velocity environment and the work ethic to "do what it takes" to build a transformational company—recognizing that true impact can require effort beyond 9–5 and a five-day week

• Hands-on & enjoy the technical details: You write PRDs, use AI to create prototypes, run SQL queries, and can occasionally code if needed — ability to opine on details of key technical decisions is a must - engineering background a plus

• Preferably you've worked at marketplaces — bonus if you've worked at verticalized SaaS, payments, gamified platforms or have significant integration experience/expertise

• You think in systems, obsess over the end customer, and aren't afraid to get into the weeds with users and code to deliver the tools they deserve

• Founder mentality & energized by building: You've attempted to start your own company or been a founding team member

Focus Areas & Current Priorities

• POS Integrations: ServiceTitan (in certification), HouseCall Pro, Jobber, Other Home Services providers
• Payments & Billing:Stripe Connect, invoicing, technician payouts
• Marketplace Dynamics: Job routing, matching algorithms, referral optimization
• Mobile & Field Tools: Mobile app for techs/CSRs, in-field workflows
• Customer Engagement: UserPilot onboarding, Customer.io, gamification

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $160,000 - $185,000 + Bonus + Equity (all-in comp potential of $200k+)

• Can stretch if it's an exceptional candidate with competing offer and ROI can be justified

• Equity: Total compensation for this position may also include early-stage equity package depending on base salary

• Location: Strong preference for Miami, FL | Open to Remote (US)
