Compensation: $75-100K Base Salary + Commission ($250K+ OTE)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on independence, creative thinking, and taking initiative without the need for extensive oversight. The position offers a hybrid work environment—with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility—and entails engaging directly with clients through in-person meetings, cold-calling, and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships, promoting the company's innovative investment offerings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and building enduring client rapport.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our investment portfolio and articulate its unique value proposition with clarity and confidence.
• Generate leads through creative outreach methods, including cold-calling, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Ensure all activities comply with California real estate laws and regulations.
• Represent the company with professionalism, demonstrating a polished demeanor that reflects our core values of excellence.
• Travel to client sites and conduct face-to-face meetings to foster relationships and close deals.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams for onboarding, client support, and account management.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to deepen your knowledge of commercial real estate and investment mechanisms.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, relationship-building, and client engagement.
