Translate executive priorities into structured initiatives with measurable outcomes and consistent follow-through
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, IT, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between strategy, systems, and execution
Establish operating discipline through clear decision-making frameworks, metrics, and performance reviews
Ensure systems, tools, and workflows are aligned with operational needs and scalable for future growth

Success Measures

Consistent achievement of installation and delivery timelines through standardized and optimized workflows
Reduction in cost to serve through process improvements and operational efficiencies
Improved unit economics driven by lower service and maintenance costs
Implementation of systems that replace manual processes and enable data-driven decision-making
Development of high-performing teams with clear accountability and strong leadership bench
Predictable and disciplined execution supported by clear metrics and operational rigor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; business, engineering, or operations-related field preferred
Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is a plus

Background in hardware, logistics, or software-enabled services environments
Experience operating in fast-growth, founder-led companies
Comfort working in dynamic, resource-constrained environments

A strategic and forward-thinking operator who anticipates challenges and plans several steps ahead
A detail-oriented leader who values precision and execution excellence
A fast learner who thrives in complexity and ambiguity
A results-driven mindset focused on outcomes over ego
