What you’ll do: 

As an early member of the Sixfold Partnerships team, you will have the opportunity to shape the foundation and drive the growth of our Partner Exosystem.

  • Ecosystem Development:
    • Identify, vet and select and evaluate partners across different categories based on their impact potential
    • Serve as the main Sixfold point of contact for our partners; maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business to ensure mutual success
    • Ensure Partners have the tools & resources the need to work with Sixfold
    • Supporting defining clear metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the program and partnerships
  • Opportunity Generation
    • Work with existing partners to identify key opportunities with joint customers and generate incremental
    • Increasing their efficiency via sales and technical enablement, joint marketing, post-sales support, and providing business and technical expertise to help them sell the value of Sixfold
    • Coordinate on-going enablement and coordination so partners stay up to date on all products & services
    • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the partner to unblock

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy consulting or field experience in a quota-carrying position
  • Proven track record of developing strong partnerships (internal and external) to achieve business outcomes
  • Clear, credible executive level written and verbal communication 
  • Highly organized with with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities; experienced in managing multiple cross-functional large-scale projects at once, adhering to and refining best practices and repeatable processes
  • Self-motivated & detail oriented problem solver
  • Data-driven - utilize metrics to assess program success and opportunities for improvements

Additional Information:

  • Expected full-time salary range between $155,000 to $195,000 + equity + benefits.
  • Advertised and actual salary ranges may differ by geographic area, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
