Demand Generation Manager

What you’ll do:
We're looking for someone who can build and run our demand engine from scratch. You'll own field marketing (conferences and events in the US and EU), create thought leadership that drives pipeline, and figure out which channels actually work for reaching our target audience.
- Own field marketing. Plan, execute, and measure conferences and events in the US and EU. This means building our presence, coordinating logistics, and tracking ROI.
- Create thought leadership that generates demand. Work with our team to produce content (articles, webinars, demos, research) that positions Sixfold as the leader in AI in underwriting and drives inbound interest.
- Build and test demand programs. Run product demos and webinars. Test ABM plays. Figure out what channels work for reaching our ICP. Build repeatable playbooks for what's working.
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships. Work closely with Sales to align on messaging and outreach strategies. Collaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing initiatives that expand our reach.
- Track what matters. Report on leads, conversion rates, meetings set, and pipeline sourced/influenced. Help us understand what's actually driving revenue, even when attribution isn't perfect.
Who You Are:
- You care about the details. From how an event landing page reads to how pipeline attribution is tracked, you make sure things are done well, not just checked off a list.
- You own outcomes, not just activities. You can talk about the pipeline you sourced, the conversion rates you improved, the programs you killed because they didn't work.
- You're a strong writer and communicator. You can translate technical concepts for business audiences and create content that resonates with senior insurance executives. You know how to use AI tools to improve your writing but not take over it.
- You thrive in ambiguity. Startup pace, imperfect data, and evolving priorities don't slow you down, you figure out how to move forward anyway.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years B2B demand gen experience
- Proven pipeline impact at startups, not just "ran campaigns," but can point to specific sourced/influenced pipeline numbers
- Field marketing experience: planning and executing events and conferences, with clear ROI measurement
- Experience producing thought leadership pieces that drive demand
- ABM, paid media, and Hubspot experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of what's working in B2B demand gen in 2026
Nice-to-haves: Co-marketing experience, experience marketing technical/AI products, fintech or insurance background.
Additional Information:
- Expected full-time salary range between $120,000 to $150,000 + equity + benefits.
- Advertised and actual salary ranges may differ by geographic area, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
- This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our NYC office.
- This position does not include visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
