Associate Experiential Producer

As an Associate Experiential Producer at SixSpeed, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative and immersive brand experiences to life and be at the forefront of experience & event planning, production, and execution. This role is heavily involved in the outdoor and active lifestyle brands in a fast-paced, team-centric environment. 

 

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Assisting Producers and Senior Producers in planning, coordinating, and executing experiential marketing events, campaigns and programs
  • Contributing to the development of event concepts, strategies, and logistical plans
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Overseeing event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup
  • Creating and updating event budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records
  • Assisting in creating and management of detailed execution decks, production schedules and timelines
  • Research, coordinate and secure external vendors, contractors and estimates
  • Coordinating event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting any on-site issues during events to ensure their success
  • Lead small-scale projects and work on complex projects with the support of senior teammates
  • Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting, including gathering feedback and assessing results
  • Maintain an overall flexible attitude and approach

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1-2 years of Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Willing to travel up to 30% and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required
  • Knowledge of powersports, preferred 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in experience & event planning and management
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience with asset inventory management and general warehousing, preferred
  • Motivated by hands on learning
  • Comfortable working in remote wilderness environments
  • Posses a valid driver's license 
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
