Account Supervisor

As an Account Supervisor at SixSpeed, you will lead a team in pursuing our goal of always being our client’s most valuable agency. Our Supervisors understand the needs of a brand’s total eco-system and how the creative work we do can best be utilized to drive a brand and its followers forward. We treat our clients as an extension of SixSpeed and work with them to view us as an extension of their team and business. We are looking for a confident yet humble leader to help us take our clients to the next level.

 

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Build and maintain strong, active relationships with mid to senior-level clients for growth, sell-in, and effective delivery of strategic solutions
  • Manage client budgets and willingness to pay
  • Portfolio manage accounts by setting project pricing while considering holistic client budgets
  • Establish and maintain credibility and leadership with the client
  • Lead team to offer new solutions, creative problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Proactively look for opportunities and offerings to deepen existing client relationships and organically grow the business
  • Have strategic conversations with clients to drive their business
  • Illustrate project management and organizational capabilities by demonstrating creative and innovative solutions to client challenges
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of business and marketing and have a strong ability to apply strategic business recommendations
  • Anticipate client needs and pain points and drive proactive solutions
  • Manage annual account planning and financials for assigned accounts
  • Share client business information so that the entire team has the appropriate understanding of client information/knowledge
  • Deeply understand and apply business, client, and marketing expertise to create solutions and proactively add value to the work
  • Know and understand the client’s business and KPIs and be able to guide and recommend work for business growth
  • Lead the development of proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates
  • Develop strategic planning and thought leadership with internal team and clients
  • Develop, present, and sell in strategic and creative work
  • Exemplify leadership with client relationships and internal team

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in the marketing/advertising and agency realm
  • You've successfully portfolio managed multiple accounts with a team of driven and passionate individuals
  • You have excellent financial acumen and a strong ability to manage account forecasts and financials
  • You’re always thinking about what’s next and determined to find a way
  • You’re obsessed with asking questions and digging deeper
  • You’re a natural trusted partner, building and maintaining relationships
  • You are passionate about building brands and finding new opportunities for them to grow
  • You’re comfortable in almost any situation
  • You’re genuine, relatable, and believableAbility to develop team member skills and lead by example
  • You’re a big-picture thinker and can see the forest through the trees
