Loan Operations Analyst
The Role
Sixth Street has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team-player to join as an analyst in our Loan Operations & Analytics team. Responsibilities will span the full CLO management business with a particular focus on the day-to-day cash and position activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Cash and position reconciliations, including understanding and tying out loan fundings, paydowns, borrows, and rollovers
- Daily trade blotter and loan security maintenance
- Follow loan life cycle from trade booking through monthly principal & interest payments and amortization
- Routine interaction with trustees, administrators, and counterparties
- Additional projects and analyses on an ad-hoc basis

Preferred
- At least 2+ years of proven experience

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Structured problem solver who can synthesize sophisticated information from a variety of sources into implementable recommendations and solutions

- Comfort working in a high growth, iterative environment
