Contract Administrator, Senior Analyst
The Role
As a Contract Administrator in the Vendor Strategy & Operations Team, you will support the team in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate contract records.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage vendor contract request assignment and intake, ensuring efficient routing and prioritization.
- Assist business leaders with contract requests, potentially providing summaries of key terms and conditions (if generated by the CLM system).
- Draft and review a variety of vendor contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and software licenses, in collaboration with legal counsel and business stakeholders.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the contract management system.
- Track contract renewals, expirations, and key milestones, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely action.
- Support the team in vendor contract onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance) to ensure contract alignment with business needs.
- Serve as the System Administrator for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, including user management, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support CLM implementation efforts, including training users on the system and serving as a liaison between the team and the CLM vendor.

Preferred
- At least 5 years of proven experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Coupa, Ironclad, Agiloft).
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
