Executive Assistant
The Role
Sixth Street is currently looking for an Executive/Administrative Assistant to join our Austin team. They will be responsible for supporting a variety of investment professionals and assisting with corporate services tasks to support the daily functions of the Austin office. The position will work closely with other members of the global administrative team and investment professional teams.
Please note Sixth Street is working in office Monday through Friday.
Core Responsibilities
- General administrative assistant duties as follows:
- Calendar administration and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones
- Travel management (domestic and international)
- Phone coverage
- Expense reporting for team
- Inbox cover for EA teammates when necessary
- Liaising with external vendors and business contacts
- Handling sensitive documents such as invoices, presentations and more
- Coordination of office events, catering for meetings, and setup/breakdown of conference rooms
- Monitor, maintain, and order necessary supplies for kitchen and supply inventory, assist with building maintenance requests and other corporate services related tasks.

Preferred
- 3 – 4 years of pertinent office experience required, financial services preferred
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc), prior experience using SAP Concur – T&E Tool
- Proficient in the use of common office equipment and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Strong written, grammatical, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated history of working with integrity, discretion and a high level of competency
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working with different team members
- Ability to solve practical problems; highly motivated to deliver results
