Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented Webflow Developer & UX Designer to help us build high-converting web experiences that embody our brand and drive demand. This role blends UX design, front-end logic, and CMS architecture to support key marketing campaigns and site growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our Growth and Engineering teams to launch stunning pages, improve site performance, and evolve our digital experience with a strong eye for conversion and SEO.
What You’ll Do

Own the design and development of new landing pages, industry pages, and feature pages in Webflow

Collaborate with marketing and brand to align designs with Skedda’s core messaging pillars: flexibility, ease of use, and insights

Implement clean, semantic HTML/CSS in Webflow, optimize CMS collections, and maintain a scalable design system

Translate Figma mockups into responsive, optimized Webflow pages

Ensure top performance on Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals (load speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility)

Add light interactive elements using native Webflow interactions and custom JavaScript when needed

Set up A/B test variants for page optimization in partnership with growth marketing

Maintain technical SEO hygiene (metadata, schema markup, crawlability)

Integrate HubSpot forms, tracking, and marketing automation snippets cleanly and without performance compromise

Help audit and clean up unused Webflow classes and outdated CMS structures
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Webflow experience with a portfolio of live projects (please include examples)

Strong eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and UX best practices

Ability to build scalable CMS structures and use Webflow’s dynamic capabilities efficiently

Comfortable with Webflow’s interactions, animations, and light JavaScript tweaks

Solid understanding of responsive design and modern front-end principles

Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization, and performance tools like Lighthouse

Experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Heap, Hotjar, or custom analytics
