Internship Summary:
We are in charge of a new high-speed, high-capacity, low-power memory architecture for AI servers. To maximize the performance of AI servers, high memory bandwidth is required, which requires a significant increase in speed compared to existing memory. In addition, to minimize heat generation of AI servers, interface power consumption must be minimized despite high-speed characteristics. We are looking for passionate, driven, and creative people to join our high-speed/low-power memory interface development team.

Responsibilities:
  • High-speed interface circuit optimization
  • A review of papers on techniques for improving SI in high-speed interfaces
  • Provides technical leadership through mentoring and teamwork
  • Help test and characterize existing designs
  • System-level/behavioral modeling
Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of equalization technologies for signal integrity (SI) in high speed interface: T-Coil, CTLE, DFE, FFE
  • PhD student in high speed interface/analog circuit design
  • Ability to use tools required for high-speed interface design: Main tools from Cadence, Keysight, Mentor…
  • Understanding of Electromagnetic transmission line
Housing Allowance: 
Eligible interns will receive a housing allowance during their internship.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
