Internship Summary:

We are in charge of a new high-speed, high-capacity, low-power memory architecture for AI servers. To maximize the performance of AI servers, high memory bandwidth is required, which requires a significant increase in speed compared to existing memory. In addition, to minimize heat generation of AI servers, interface power consumption must be minimized despite high-speed characteristics. We are looking for passionate, driven, and creative people to join our high-speed/low-power memory interface development team.

Responsibilities:

High-speed interface circuit optimization
A review of papers on techniques for improving SI in high-speed interfaces
Provides technical leadership through mentoring and teamwork
Help test and characterize existing designs
System-level/behavioral modeling

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of equalization technologies for signal integrity (SI) in high speed interface: T-Coil, CTLE, DFE, FFE
PhD student in high speed interface/analog circuit design
Ability to use tools required for high-speed interface design: Main tools from Cadence, Keysight, Mentor…
Understanding of Electromagnetic transmission line
