Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to support the Treasury function by managing daily banking operations, cash flow forecasting and reporting, internal controls, and corporate financing initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and collaborate with HQ Treasury to resolve issues and optimize financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Treasury Operations
- Execute any funds movements that are required in compliance with company policies including transactions (Initiate Electronic Fund Transfers (ACH, Wire, Account Transfers) for payments and collections and process deposits
- Perform daily cash reconciliations to meet internal control standards; investigate and resolve unidentified or outstanding transactions with internal/external parties
- Consult and work with HQ Treasury office in gathering appropriate documentation to resolve any Treasury related issues
- Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts (daily/monthly/annual) and analyze AR collection trends, including variance analysis and customer payment pattern insights
- Corporate Card Management
- Issue and manage corporate credit cards for employee, including adjusting credit limiting, handling loaner cards, and ensuring compliance with company policy
- Provide ongoing support to cardholders by resolving account access issues, transaction declines, billing inquiries, and other card-related questions
- Corporate Financing
- Perform a variety of studies, research and reporting; and performs corporate financing projects including short (account receivable purchase program and AR discount program) and long term financing from various sources
- Prepare borrowing base program to support working capital funding, including AR purchase programs
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Support Treasury internal controls to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct financial market research and provide timely updates on U.S. market trends impacting Treasury operations
- Additional Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned including cash collection support
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years of relevant experience (or combination of education and experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; adept at prioritizing and managing workflow
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Pay Range
$75,000 - $95,000 USD
