About This Role:

This role will lead the commercialization and monetization strategy for SK AI's Data Center Testbed, transforming technical infrastructure into viable business models including Testbed-as-a-Service (TBaaS) offerings. As a strategic member of the AI Infrastructure Solutions team, you will be responsible for architecting new business models that leverage our AI datacenter capabilities to generate revenue streams through partnership-based service offerings. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ecosystem development expertise to design innovative contribution models—ranging from monetary investments and in-kind resources to equity partnerships—with technology solution providers. You will establish the organizational framework and RACI (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) across SK Group member companies while ensuring seamless execution of commercialization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of cloud service economics, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) business models, and experience in structuring win-win partnership frameworks that drive sustainable ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Testbed-as-a-Service (TBaaS) commercialization strategy, including service portfolio definition, pricing architecture, and revenue model design for AI datacenter technology solutions
  • Architect innovative business models and monetization strategies targeting AI datacenter solution partners, including subscription-based services, usage-based billing, and tiered partnership programs
  • Design and negotiate multi-dimensional partnership contribution frameworks with technology vendors, including monetary investments, in-kind resource contributions (hardware, software, engineering resources), equity sharing structures, and reciprocal value exchange models (give-and-take mechanisms)
  • Establish clear business ownership structures and RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted, Informed) frameworks across SK Group member companies to ensure effective collaboration and governance
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking of global GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) providers (CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, cloud hyperscalers, etc.) to identify best practices, pricing benchmarks, and differentiation strategies applicable to SK AI's testbed commercialization
  • Create detailed business cases and financial models for testbed monetization initiatives, including ROI analysis, investment recovery plans, and long-term profitability projections
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams to structure partnership agreements, JV entities, and revenue-sharing contracts that align with SK Group's strategic objectives
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential anchor tenants and strategic partners for testbed utilization, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and ecosystem value creation
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and commercial roadmaps for new service offerings, working closely with SK Group affiliates to align business objectives and resource allocation

  • Experience in structuring complex partnership arrangements including revenue sharing, equity investments, joint ventures, or in-kind contribution models
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills, with ability to measure partnership value and investment returns
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud economics, AI market dynamics, and AI infrastructure commercialization trends

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
