We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple U.S. branch offices. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations while leading infrastructure projects, audit readiness, and system improvements in alignment with corporate and HQ governance standards.
- Manage IT assets, vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and operational IT costs.
- Provide escalation-level infrastructure and end-user support across multiple US branch offices, coordinating remote troubleshooting and on-site engineer dispatch as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT infrastructure policies, standards, and operational procedures in alignment with internal governance requirements.
- Lead audit readiness and response activities, including evidence collection, remediation planning, and follow-up for HQ-led and internal IT audits.
- Lead and execute end-to-end infrastructure projects including Exchange upgrades, patch management, archiving, offsite backup management, and ITSM tool implementations.
- Architect, operate, and maintain VMware-based virtual infrastructure (vSphere on Cisco UCS) and VMware Horizon VDI environments on VxRail, including provisioning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux operating system environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, RMS, MIM, WSUS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Manage enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure (Avamar and Data Domain), ensuring backup integrity and documented restore procedures.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant environments, including user lifecycle management, license management, role-based access control, and security configuration.
- Install, operate, and maintain monitoring and logging platforms (Zabbix, Elastic Stack) to ensure infrastructure visibility and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategy and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or IT operations (flexible depending on overall skill set).
- Experience working in a Korean company or semiconductor-related industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and technical documentation.
- Exposure to IT audit processes, including preparation, response, and remediation activities (formal audit leadership experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and enterprise server platforms such as Cisco UCS or equivalent; experience with VxRail and VDI environments is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure services (Exchange, MSSQL, ETC experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of Linux server administration in enterprise environments.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Avamar, Data Domain)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix and/or Elastic Stack.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including access control, license management, and basic security configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills in a global environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. $90,000 - $130,000 USD
