Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across technical and corporate organizations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable team effectiveness, organizational health, and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, organizational goals, and team effectiveness
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges
- Coach leaders on feedback, accountability, and leadership development
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent decisions
- Drive execution of core HR programs including performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and talent development
- Analyze people trends and organizational insights to inform leadership decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Legal to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HRBP or similar role
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech all related industry required
- Strong experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and organizational support
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence decision-making
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience supporting engineering or technical organizations preferred
COMPENSATION: $85,000/yr - $130,000/yr
