We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Region Sales Director to join Skillcentrix. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our unique one-of-a-kind Advisory, Implementation, and Managed services to Workday clients within your region.  

A Day in the Life: 

  • Identify and engage Workday clients within your region who are seeking Workday HR and Talent implementation services. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. 
  • Conduct sales presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations 
  • Facilitate contract creation and negotiation 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Skillcentrix teams to ensure successful handoff, launch, and project delivery. 
  • Build strong relationships with Workday Customer Base AE’s & Directors, understanding their client’s needs, and positioning our Workday services and offerings. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support their sale of additional SKU’s and Renewals. 
  • Stay informed about Skillcentrix Offerings, industry trends, competitor solutions, and Workday updates. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of your region, the Workday sales teams that support it and the clients they serve, and tailor our services accordingly. 
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans. 
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software, technology consulting, or Workday services. 
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Talent and other HCM modules, preferably Workday.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leader able to organize and drive internal and external resources.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within your region as needed.
