Workday Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Region Sales Director to join Skillcentrix. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our unique one-of-a-kind Advisory, Implementation, and Managed services to Workday clients within your region.
A Day in the Life:
- Identify and engage Workday clients within your region who are seeking Workday HR and Talent implementation services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Facilitate contract creation and negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional Skillcentrix teams to ensure successful handoff, launch, and project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with Workday Customer Base AE’s & Directors, understanding their client’s needs, and positioning our Workday services and offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support their sale of additional SKU’s and Renewals.
- Stay informed about Skillcentrix Offerings, industry trends, competitor solutions, and Workday updates.
- Develop a deep understanding of your region, the Workday sales teams that support it and the clients they serve, and tailor our services accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software, technology consulting, or Workday services.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Talent and other HCM modules, preferably Workday.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills.
- Leadership: Strong leader able to organize and drive internal and external resources.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within your region as needed.
