A Day in the Life:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be report directly to the CRO, and serve as a strategic leader, passionate about marketing and the Workday ecosystem. Some of the major things you’ll be involved with include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Manage all aspects of event marketing, including planning, execution, and measurement of events in the Workday ecosystem.
- Build and implement successful partner marketing programs to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Oversee demand generation activities, including website optimization, content marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Manage the company website and ensure it is a valuable resource for clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to and shape the company culture, potentially acting as a culture ambassador.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with partners, Workday leadership and the “Skill Squad”
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a new teammate a proven track record of success in leading high-performing marketing teams. Other elements we’re hoping you bring to the table.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Workday ecosystem.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, driving website traffic, and achieving marketing goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
- Deep expertise in event marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for the Workday ecosystem and a desire to make a positive impact on the talent landscape.
- Strategic thinker with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
