Skilled Wound Care, a leading national physician group, is offering a two-year wound care fellowship to physicians ready to build advanced, hands-on expertise in a fast-growing specialty. Open to qualified candidates nationwide, this fellowship pairs daily clinical practice with structured academic training, giving fellows the skills and confidence to lead in wound care from day one.

What You'll Do

• See patients daily, delivering advanced wound care techniques and treatment plans.
• Take on academic responsibilities throughout the fellowship, building toward specialty expertise.
• Work closely with our clinical team to develop the judgment and skill needed to practice independently in wound care.

What We're Looking For

• Background in surgery or another procedural field, with at least 3 years of residency training.
• A valid, unrestricted medical license in the state where you reside and intend to practice.
• Board certification in another field of medicine is welcomed but not required.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in wound care.
• Willingness to travel as required to see patients across assigned locations.

Fellowship Details

• Duration: approximately 2 years.
• Location: nationwide, open to candidates across the country.
• Positions: highly selective, with only one position available per application cycle.
• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually.  No earning cap. Per-patient visit pay. Per-procedure pay. Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income
