The Provider Retention Specialist job is all about building positive relationships with our Providers and assisting with retention. This includes:

• Addressing any issues or concerns the providers might have and offering ongoing support.

• Meeting with our Physicians in person all across the country

• Implementing strategies to foster provider satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 

• Positive Relationships: This job is mainly about keeping healthcare providers happy and on board. You'll be building trust and making sure they feel supported.

• Face Time is Important: Expect to be out and about, visiting providers in person across the US. This is where you'll answer questions, fix problems, and keep things moving smoothly. 

• Keeping Providers Happy (Retention): A big part of the job is making sure providers stick around. You'll be dealing with their questions and issues to make sure they stay with Skilled Wound Care

• Teamwork is Key: You'll be working with different departments like operations, clinical, and billing to solve provider problems and make things better overall.

• Reporting Time: The reporting responsibilities include generating comprehensive reports that detail performance metrics, provider engagement levels, and other key performance indicators.

Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of experience working in healthcare, medical groups, or physician’s’ offices.

• Phenomenal organizational skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Amazing phone etiquette and strong phone presence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• National Travel required

• BA/BS degree
