Customer Service Representative / Exam Proctor

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Exam Proctor serves as the primary point of contact for students and prospective enrollees, providing exceptional support and guidance regarding CLTC’s certification programs and courses. This individual will manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, proctor student examinations, and provide administrative and logistical support to the Corporate Nurse Educator. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to learners and faculty alike. As a Customer Service Representative/ Exam Proctor, your essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and messages regarding program details, enrollment, schedules, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and assist students with registration, certification requirements, and course logistics.
- Maintain a positive and service-oriented approach when interacting with students, faculty, and colleagues.
Exam Proctoring & Student Support
- Coordinate and proctor student exams, ensuring a secure, fair, and compliant testing environment.
- Verify student identification, monitor exam sessions, and document attendance and results as needed.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to students prior to and during examinations.
Administrative & Program Support
- Assist the Corporate Nurse Educator with organizing and facilitating the Skin, Wound, and Ostomy course and related programs.
- Prepare course materials, manage student rosters, and coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person sessions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases in accordance with institutional standards.
- Support accreditation documentation and compliance efforts as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or educational support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience working in an educational, healthcare, or certification environment preferred.
- Some flexibility may be required to support exam schedules or course sessions.

Pay:
- $6.00-8.00 USD per hour (depending on experience)
