The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

As our Staff Accountant, you will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across our various entities.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate books by preparing and posting journal entries for multiple companies.

• The Closing Process: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

• A/P & A/R Mastery: Process transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

• Analysis & Insights: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help drive business decisions.

Audit, Compliance & Innovation

• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and meticulous documentation.

• Tech Integration: Utilize our advanced software suite and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting accuracy.

• Ethical Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or a corporate setting.

• Multi-Company Comfort: Ability to handle the complexities of managing accounts for multiple sets of books.

• Tech-Forward Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and a passion for embracing AI and new accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered).

• Traits: Exceptional accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.
