Aesthetician

Location: Park Meadows / Lone Tree, CO

Job Type: Part Time

Compensation: This role is a fully based commission role, with a $35 per hour guaranteed rate.

Schedule/Availability: 

  • Must be available to work Friday and Saturday during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 815a-715p (11 hours scheduled, working 10 hours after breaks. Avg of 2 days scheduled per week). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
  • Sunday's may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours

Ability to commute/cover other clinics:Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.  

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:  

  • Requires repetitive movement and standing for long periods of time. 
  • This work is performed in a retail environment that requires the ability to walk short distances, lift and carry inventory, and move clinic equipment. 
  • Regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 35lbs. 
  • Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on phone.   
  • Requires the ability to operate medical devices that provide laser and thermo services, as well as standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.   
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.  

About This Exciting Role:  

The Skin Laundry Aesthetician is responsible for providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. Our ideal candidate will be able to speak to their selling and consulting skillset, while having a proven track rate in a sales and/or KPI-driven environment. Reliability, high attention to detail, and an outgoing and confident sales approach are amongst the qualities we seek. Experience using CRM databases (such a Zenoti) is a plus.

Reports To: Clinic Manager  

Required experience: 

Aesthetician: 1 year  

Required license or certification: 

  • Current State Advanced Esthetician License
  • Diplomas, certificates or professional degrees from bona fide training program(s)

Qualifications:  

  • Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Current State Advanced Esthetician License
  • 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred 
  • Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week. 
  • Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services. 
  • Polished, natural, and professional demeanor. 
  • Outgoing personality yet calming presence. 
  • Intuitive to the customer’s needs to ensure Skin Laundry standards are always met. 
  • Attention to detail in following company medical standards and protocol. 
  • Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.  

Responsibilities Include: 

Creating Curated Client Experiencesaka “the dance” 

  • Customize no-downtime laser facials treatments and skincare routines based on guest needs, while celebrating the success of their Skin Laundry journey.  

Supporting Store Operations Success 

  • Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business. 
  • Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations. 
  • Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems. 
  • Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.

  • Partner with clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
