Compensation: $95k-$120k

Location: We will only be accepting applications for those based in (CO,TX,AZ,NV,FL)

Schedule: Due to the nature of projects, employees may need to work on a weekend / holiday basis.

The CRM manager role involves designing and executing CRM strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key responsibilities include managing customer data collection and segmentation, leading multi-channel CRM campaigns, and analyzing customer behavior to provide actionable insights. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in customer-focused initiatives. Additionally, the role emphasizes personalizing customer experiences and managing loyalty programs to drive long-term retention and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Customer Data Management: Oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data to improve targeting, engagement, and communication strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Customer Insights and Reporting: Monitor customer behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with brand marketing, operations and product teams to ensure alignment in customer strategies and seamless execution.
  • Personalization and Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience by implementing personalized communication, offers, and promotions based on customer preferences and data insights.
  • Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage loyalty programs and initiatives to drive long-term customer retention and increase lifetime value.     

Essential Responsibilities         

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business goals and customer needs.

Customer Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to drive actionable insights that improve marketing and service strategies.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to create targeted campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns for improved performance and effectiveness.

CRM Software & Tool Management:

  • Oversee and manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring their proper functioning and integration with other systems.
  • Leverage CRM technology to automate workflows and personalize communication at scale.

 Additional Duties   

  • Support Field Team with marketing campaign questions or feedback
  • Collaborate cross functionally to support multi-departmental initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure promotions are set up and functioning properly
  • Support Creative team in ideation and pulling examples of emails, loyalty, copy, etc.

                                                                                                                                

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a CRM Management role, with exposure to marketing and creative projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and adaptability to quick changes
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Asana, JIRA, or similar project management platform knowledge preferred
  • Experience with a CRM platform
  • Zenoti experience preferred
