Brand Partnerships Manager

Slate is a new US Electric Vehicle company transforming the battery electric vehicle space.
Who we are looking for:
As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships across key industries including media, entertainment, apparel, sports, and lifestyle. Your role will be critical in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and incremental sales through innovative and high-impact partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy.
What you get to do:
- Develop and manage the overall brand partnership strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and incremental sales.
- Research and identify strategic brand partnership opportunities across various industries, including media, entertainment, apparel, sports, and lifestyle.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to establish mutually beneficial programs that align with our brand goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to integrate partnerships into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and maximize the value of partnerships.
- Leverage partnerships to create innovative and unique customer experiences that enhance brand perception and market positioning.
- Track and measure the impact of partnerships through KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and sales, and report on the ROI of each initiative.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive partnerships, and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
What you bring to the team:
- 8+ years of brand partnership experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful brand collaborations.
- Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that drive business growth and brand goals.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating and managing strong relationships with external partners across diverse industries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to develop innovative partnership ideas that enhance the brand.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results, including increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and incremental sales.
- Expertise in negotiating partnership terms and managing contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Must love cars! You’ll be thinking about cars all day every day, and it’s the most fun when you love cars.
Location:
New York Remote is acceptable, but we prefer NY Metro (able to commute to NYC if needed).
Base Salary: US wide $96,074.28 to $154,838.16.
