- Manage end-to-end training operations, including compliance training, professional development programs, and role-based learning paths aligned to business and talent strategy.
- Design and develop learning content using instructional design best practices (e-learning, facilitator-led, blended) to translate business needs into scalable training solutions.
- Facilitate and support live and virtual training sessions.
- Conduct training needs assessments, analyze learning data, and gather feedback to inform program design, delivery methods, and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure alignment, consistency, and support for training needs.
- Develop and track key learning metrics such as completion, effectiveness, adoption and report insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact.
- Drive innovation in learning experiences by exploring new tools, formats, and delivery methods to enhance learner engagement and business outcomes.
- Lead or support special projects related to training, leadership development, or culture initiatives.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
What you bring to the team:
- 6-8 years of heavy LMS administration experience (Workday LMS preferred) and experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing instructional content and learning experiences
- Strong facilitation skills or a willingness to develop them; prior experience delivering training is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of training compliance requirements and scalable training solutions for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management, communication, and engagement skills.
- Highly collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating program effectiveness and learning analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
