Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist to lead and manage our enterprise learning systems and training operations. This is a critical foundational role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation and administration of the Workday LMS platform, managing compliance and development training programs, and supporting scalable learning solutions across the organization. This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Management and partner closely with plant training personnel, HR, and business leaders to ensure our people are set up for growth and success.
What you get to do:
- Serve as the Workday LMS administrator – manage setup, configuration, content assignment, reporting, and user support.
- Oversee compliance training management ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking.
- Develop and manage learning paths for employees, managers, and leaders in alignment with talent development strategy.
- Collaborate with training vendors and manage system integration for external content.
- Partner with plant training leads to support systems-related processes and trainings.
- Conduct training needs assessments and surveys to inform program design, learning paths, and training effectiveness.
- Create, curate, and publish training content, as needed, within Workday.
- Track learning metrics and generate usage and completion reports to share with leadership and support decision-making.
- Support logistics and coordination for company-wide training and leadership training sessions.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience managing or administering an LMS (preferably Workday).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Strong understanding of training operations, compliance training, and learning path design.
- Experience with eLearning tools and content development.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
