- Implement automation, workflows, and reporting improvements to reduce manual effort.
Analytics & Dashboards
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into supplier performance, cost, lead times, and inventory.
- Establish and track KPIs that drive supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure dashboards and reporting are accessible, reliable, and actionable for stakeholders.
Data Management & Governance
- Lead master data management for vendors, materials, items, and categories.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of supply chain data.
- Define standards for documentation, file storage, and version control.
- Process Improvement & Change Management
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives across purchasing and supply chain.
- Apply structured problem-solving to root cause issues and improve workflows.
- Lead training, communication, and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with procurement, operations, logistics, and finance to align system and process capabilities with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between functional teams, ensuring technology solutions meet operational requirements.
- Provide executive-level visibility through metrics, dashboards, and improvement roadmaps.
| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor’s in supply chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, systems, or analytics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and supply chain technologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or similar tools for data management and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and system implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
