About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of fully integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns that bring the Sleep Doctor brand to life. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between creative, media, content, and channel teams to ensure campaign consistency and maximize impact. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative instinct, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across a dynamic organization.

This position reports to Sleep Doctor’s SVP of Marketing will be based out of our Seattle office or will be a remote position. 

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Development

  • Lead the creation and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns for paid media, product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, content, product, and ecommerce teams to deliver unified messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Serve as the internal lead for campaign planning, helping translate brand and business objectives into actionable briefs and timelines.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, competitor campaigns, and market shifts to inform strategic direction and identify new opportunities.

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, email, and experiential, ensuring delivery on time and on brand.
  • Manage internal workflows and campaign calendars to coordinate multi-channel launches and initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Alignment & Internal Advocacy

  • Proactively advocate for marketing needs within broader company initiatives and roadmaps, ensuring integrated marketing has a seat at the table early in planning processes.
  • Facilitate alignment through strategic planning sessions, cross-team working groups, and campaign kickoff meetings, translating diverse inputs into cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and brand internally, helping shape product roadmaps, content priorities, and promotional strategies that reflect evolving consumer insights.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing roles, preferably in consumer products, wellness, health, or retail.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Strong analytical orientation; proven ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive large-scale initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing external partners.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Rockerbox and campaign planning tools like Asana or Notion. 
  • Actively uses AI-powered tools for some or all core workstreams such as creative testing, budget optimization, workflow efficiency, etc.

Compensation Range

$110,000 - $150,000. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program. 

The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance and 100% of the employee  medical, vision,   and   dental   premiums  covered   by   the   Company.  There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. There is a company paid life-insurance policy, and the option to participate in a voluntary pet-insurance policy.  You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
